The Food

    Qube restaurant and lounge, brings to the Pacific Northwest vibrant and elegant interpretations of Asian-French cuisine. Finding the perfect balance of the “East & West”, each plate is an artistic creation that feeds the palate, the eyes and soul. Changing with the rhythm of the seasons, Qube offers an array of small and large à la carte plates as well as three-course "Qube Sets" and six-course "Omakase" tasting menus designed to push your culinary boundaries.  Moderately priced, each dish hits a high mark by the toughest critics – our savvy guests.

The Atmosphere

    Great design cannot be over looked as one enters Qube and discovers the modern yet comfortable interior with grand architectural gestures - the steel bracing wine rack, the "jewel box" kitchen, illuminating sunken lounge and a 22 feet long communal table. Soft spot lights enhances the clean quartz surface and the mix usage of walnut, bamboo, leather and fabric create a sense of style and warmth - the essence of Qube's hospitality.

    Signature Qube service starts with a team of knowledgeable and unpretentious service professionals that are passionate about great food and fine wines. From the owner greeting at the front door, our sommelier’s recommendation of the pairing choices, to the serving staffs’ thorough knowledge of the dishes, everyone at Qube is dedicated to provide the most excellent dining experience - you are in good hands when dining at Qube.

Executive Chef - Joseph Conrad

    Our executive chef, Joseph Conrad, comes to Qube with an impressive kitchen background.  After graduating from the California Culinary Academy at the top of his class, he worked for the world-renowned chef Charlie Trotter in Chicago. Later moved to San Francisco and immersed himself into Pan Asian fusion cuisine in award winning restaurants such as Azie and 415 before joined Qube.

Beverage Director - Angel Aguilar

    Angel Aguilar, Qube’s beverage director, carefully maintains our award winning wine, sake, beer and cocktails list.  Angel has a degree in culinary arts, mixology experiences and holds a diploma with the International Sommelier Guild as well as a certification from the Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. To top off your dining experience, let Angel pair up your preferred beverage choice with our flavorful dishes and savor the harmony.
